It’s time to recognize this year’s exemplary educators and educational programs.

Through December 6, Texas REALTORS® is accepting applications for its Educator of the Year and four Education Programs of the Year awards.  

The Educator of the Year Award honors individuals whose efforts and dedication to REALTOR® education are extraordinary. Nominees will be considered based on instruction, REALTOR® impact, association involvement, and initial nomination.

The Education Programs of the Year awards recognize innovative education programs that meet member needs and increase the quality of professionalism in the real estate field.

  • The Legal Award honors courses on topics such as contracts, contract breaches, financial obligations, and broker responsibilities.
  • The Marketing Award covers courses designed to help agents list, price, promote, advertise, and sell properties.
  • The Series or Shorts Award goes to a short class devoted to a hot topic or issue that members are struggling with, a series of classes focusing on different aspects of an issue or further in-depth exploration of the same problem.
  • The Innovative Award recognizes any courses not covered by the other categories that helps agents achieve, excel, motivate, prosper, and ultimately better serve homebuyers and sellers.
